Aliksy strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for returns and exchanges:

We strive to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product(s) purchased online, under the following terms and conditions:

  • Customers are requested not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.

  • Customers can exchange articles from the Aliksy Store one time only within 10 working days from the date of order placement within the same category. The products must be in their original condition, unused, with the price label attached along with the invoice. Aliksy will not accept returns or exchanges if proper care instructions have not been followed.

  • We do offer cash refunds in 7 days.

  • If the product is damaged or missing, please call us immediately at +923260010011 or email us contact@aliksy.com after receiving the parcel.

  • Replacement will only be entertained if the customer requests an exchange within the all category, depending on stock availability. All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our Aliksy Online warehouse. If the Aliksy quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, we will not be able to consider the return or exchange.

Section 2: Refund Policy

We do issue refunds in exceptional cases; however, we currently do  a refund policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within two weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check with your bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 3: Shipping

All nationwide shipments will be free. For returns and exchanges, customers should courier the product to the following address:

Aliksy: 61-M, Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan 54400

Please mention the order number on the parcel. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note that Aliksy will bear all the shipping costs if Aliksy provided damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders. Otherwise, customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch to delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee shipment delivery. If your order is not received within seven days of dispatch, kindly contact our customer services department at +923260010011 or email us at contact@aliksy.com.
